Profile research and
automated decision-making
We never make decisions solely on the basis of automated data processing. A human consultant always intervenes in the decision-making process.
Systematic searches of our database allow us to select CV by entering relevant key words such as the job title, language, education, or area of expertise.
All CVs that we receive electronically are analyzed with this tool. Systematic research lets us preselect potential candidates.
However, a recruitment consultant always verifies this procedure in order to prevent automated decision-making.
